I would without hesitation use Forrest to do any difficult or intricate grading and site prep work. I knew that when we purchased our property we were going to have a large challenge on re-establishing and restoring proper drainage and run-off from the property. I had a very tricky project that required the restoration of an area close to the water’s edge that had been obliterated and became a muck hole from prior work done years before (due to a required pipeline installation on the property). As a result, a low lying area had been created that became a drainage nightmare. This was coupled with that fact that we had to take extraordinary erosion control and environmental precautions to maintain the integrity of the lake on our property while under construction. Forrest was able to use techniques I was not even aware of in both erosion control and grading (and he even brought his own Erosion and Environmental consultant into the project) coupled with his own strong know-how on equipment operation and laser-precise grading to re-establish the proper runoff and drainage from the property.
The result was the transformation of a mess that pictures cannot describe into a beautiful back yard that although was a stressful project to do, is well worth the effort today. I cannot say enough great things about Forrest Tidwell. He is trustworthy, honest, dependable and by the way … he knows what he is doing! I not only think highly of Forrest as a professional but as a great example for others to emulate. Forest has an imposing stature yet he is a gentle, kind and a humble God loving man. You will not make a mistake by choosing Forest to solve your grading issues.

Precision Arenas (Genesis Grading & Hauling Division) built our 200 x 150 ft arena to perfection. The key element in the construction was laser grading the sub base, base and footing. Throughout the years our almost a ¼ mile driveway has had many problems. Forrest Tidwell came in and redesigned the driveway’s path and made it to where the water flowed differently and didn’t stay on the driveway after raining. Many parts of the driveway were too low, and Forrest brought in dirt and raised up all the low spots. Even during the rainy season that we’ve had this year, the driveway has held up nicely.
